Welcome to show #9 of The Reproductive Challenged Woman! At the writing of these Show Notes we are in the midst of the Mom's Winter Conference! I hope you all have been able to take the time to listen to at least some of the sessions. I know you'd enjoy each and every speaker, as these women are quite interesting, and have lots to share!

I had recently gotten two lovely e-mails from women who had surrogacy touch each of their lives from different angles. Each story was so sweet, I had to include them in this show. Their stories took me back to OUR experience with surrogacy, and it reminded me of the crazy little adventure when we had to go across town, in a timely manner, to retrieve our embryos from where they were cryopreserved and take them for a little ride to the clinic that actually did the procedure. It was like a scene from some sitcom, but at the time it was SO not funny! We all have days where everything seems to go wrong, but the day you are doing something extremely important and extremely time sensitive...the day you are trying to achieve a once-in-a-lifetime task...well, that's just not a good day for the _____to hit the fan!

I hope you enjoy these actual stories from what I will now call my 'surrogacy chronicles'. And maybe you might consider this path to motherhood for yourself.
